It seems as if whenever a stock does poorly there is always a shareholder alert about a class action lawsuit that litters the news section of a quote. Are these just frivolous lawsuits? Are law firms actually successful in suing companies to cover for the loses of the shareholders? Or is it just another way to prey off you?
