I currently live in a tiny dorm room financed by my parents. I've really come to appreciate the simplicity and utility of it.
I've recently been looking for a similar, tiny house online. I'd like to have +1 acre of land, mainly for gardening. However, all the houses with +1 acres are too big and expensive for my taste.
My current plan is to buy some land and then plop a house on it later. I found one house for $17,000 online. Is there anything I should keep in mind? I know there will be additional costs, but not the extent of these costs.
