My sister, who is very not tech savvy has asked me to find her a smart phone with a budget of ~$100. I would assume this needs to be a used phone that I could get off ebay.
Can anyone help me with suggestions to help with that budget? Maybe a max of $150 if it makes it easier. Thanks!
