Hi guys, I am going to teach a class on real estate investing for a master of finance program in 6 months. It is the first time I will teach at a university, so I wanted to hear your thoughts on what should be included in the class. I will have a total of 20 hours with the group. So 1) from the real estate experts: what would you teach? What are the most essential concepts in your opinion? 2) from those interested in real estate - what would you like to see in such a class, if you were attending it?
I want to make this class as practical and interesting as possible, so I really appreciate any input you guys have! Thank you and I look forward to your responses!
