I had an interview today where I didn't expect to discuss salary, but apparently they wanted to hire me quite quickly. So I was kind of caught off guard when they asked me what kind of salary I had in mind.
I had worked in the same Group before and I told them I had gotten 22000 SEK for the summer job and thus that I didn't expect much more than that. Then I met up with some friends, looked up some statistics, etc. and saw that I could have asked for 30% more probably... I have a bachelor's from a/the leading business school in the Nordics.
The position is an analyst position probably 50 hours per week.
I guess there's nothing I can do now, right? They'll be sending over a contract soon enough.
