I posted about indexing with leverage about a month ago and I got requests for a follow up so here it is:
Profit (not including the 2,500 for the trade) is $15,600 minus $459.26 in swaps for a net $15,140.74
For those that don't want to read the original post: I bought 1 futures contract for Nasdaq index about a month ago.
The worst part about this experience is the waiting. This thing barely moved in 3 weeks, I don't know how y'all do it. I was going to hold onto this thing for the rest of the year but I don't know how much longer I can take of these slow ass moves.
