My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a house. I had my inspection complete yesterday with only a few minor issues. My biggest concern has to do with the public sidewalk in front of the house. There is a slab which is raised about 2 inches. I know that I would be liable in case someone were to trip over this, and I've contacted the city who confirmed I am responsible for the repair.My question: is it possible to lower raised concrete?
