Does a Vitamix cover all the stuff that a food processor does? Can I do everything that a Vitamix does with just a food processor & ninja Pro Personal blender? Is the Ninja Pro Persnal blender & a food processor equally as durable as the Vitamix?
I'm looking to make 2 smoothies a day, but also be able to process food-- which is the better choice?
I also like having minimal equipment but appreciate quality results with food or anything, so I guess i have to give to get (give up space for results with a food processor & personal blender).
