I want to be able to get my wife a small account that we could put 50-100 in a month.
It would need to be a debit account with the smallest fees possible.
It's so she can buy things that I don't need to know about, like gifts for me or hookers.
Not really sure what the best option is.
A credit union? A reloadable Wells Fargo Visa card?
