My car's annual service costs about 280 EUR at a non-official service shop (~300 at the official Ford dealer shop).
I've bought the service kit (5lt of engine oil, oil filter, air filter, gas LPG filter and air conditioning filter) for 70 EUR on ebay from a reliable shop and today in about 1 hour and 30 mins i completed the service by my own.
Next week i will flush the cooling circuit putting brand new cooling liquid.
I'm used to do the annual service by my self on my car (Ford Fiesta 1.4 LPG 2010) and my motorbike (Honda CB600F4 Hornet 2004).
I've saved a lot of money but could be few reasons to not do service by yourself:
1- If the car is high-level car, having an official services record could help keeping the price of the car high in case you want to sell it.
2- No warranty
