I have 10 can lights in my great room. They are about 20 feet up and getting to them is really inconvenient. The original lights (halogen I think) are starting to burn out and I am down to 6 of 10 working. I'm about ready to get up there and replace them and will just do them once I figure out how to get up there.
Are there any LEDs that last longer than others? The current lights are either 100 or 120 watt equivalents I think. We turn the lights on and off fairly regulary as this is a high use room.
I would love to not have to get up there again for 20 years. Is that realistic?
