My budget is $25 and I'm looking for one with tool instructions, an acne piercing needle (for cystic acne), several kinds of tweezers (to remove sacs) and at least one triangular shaped tool (for removing acne from larger swaths of skin). I've looked at 3 on Amazon USA but they all had fake reviews according to Fakespot.
