This Spring I'll be living full-time out of my motorhome where it will be stationary for 4 months, but in an almost dead zone for cell reception. At this location I have 1 tiny bar, enough to make a call, but can't really load anything data-wise on my phone. Unfortunately, I need cell service in order to get work done via telecommuting so I was thinking that a cellphone booster/antenna would be the best bet.
I was wondering if anyone has had experience with a booster while boondocking and how well they work? I don't want to spend the money on one if I find out the 1 tiny bar isn't enough of a baseline to boost at all. Any recommendations? Hope this post fits in this thread well enough--I'm definitely concerned with saving money here, and I'm open to other frugal loopholes.
Thanks!
