Hi Reddit, in Australia we have fuel discounting cycles where the price can be $1.08/litre ($4.08/gallon) one day and the next day it shoots up to $1.36/litre ($5.14/gallon). Once the price is up, it stays up for a week or so then gradually drops over the next week or two before jumping back to the high price. If you miss it at the bottom if the cycle you could be paying an extra $14/week for fuel ($700/year).
Apparently this is a "fuel price cycle". Do you have something similar in your country? Any suggestions?
