After contacting North Face about the popper coming off my pair of Trekker pants (seems to not be the only one with the issue http://ift.tt/2mj2nku) on the 28/12/2016 and after emails asking for a response from the warranty department I was told to send it in on the 13/02/2017. Just got an email back from the Warranty department
"We have inspected the item you returned to us. Unfortunately the damage is not covered by our warranty. Description of Repair:
Putting new stud on the belt
-repair: £ 6,00 + VAT
-freight cost: £13,00 + VAT
TOTAL COST: £ 19,00 + VAT
As soon as I receive confirmation the item will go to our repairs department. If I do not receive a confirmation within 2 weeks I will have to return the item unrepaired. Thank you for your cooperation.
Kind regards The North Face Warranty Department"
Considering this is a defect in the clothing and they wouldn't stand behind it really puts me off buying their clothing again.
