So, my girlfriend is having her phone contract expire in the upcoming weeks and we are looking to get a new phone. Currently, she is using a month to month pseudo prepaid contract through Smart Talk but doesn't have a smart phone due to it being more expensive. She wants to upgrade to a smart phone but doesn't want to be locked in to a two year contract. To get a new Galaxy phone would be $125/month with unlimited data. Furthermore, I have an old iPhone 4S that I told he she could use if she didn't want to pay for a new phone. I'm a Verizon customer if that makes any difference on switching service providers on old phones.
Any thoughts on some of the big name carriers or other options out there?
