My job went through leadership changed when I began working there full time about 2 years ago. The new COO did not feel it was necessary to make me a supervisor and decided to reduce my overall pay and his excuses we're 1.) Our company was in big debt and needed every penny they could save to pay off this debt and we should be searching for ways to help pay back this debt & 2.) Because I couldn't make more money than my supervisor.

In that time I have worked more than my manager, I have saved more money than my manager and I have created more and had better results than my manager on every conceivable metric. I have been saving ideas in a portfolio and logging my hours down to prove this and spoke with HR who agreed. My supervisor also does not have a college degree and I do.

I found out recently that my supervisor has been taking the ideas I've made and showing them to our GM as a ideas of his own. Should I be concerned by this? Should I ask to be replaced? Should I find another job? I enjoy what I do but I am not enjoying this new management team. I don't feel like I will ever get a chance to move up with this current team in place.
