Hello, just a warning to not buy Sunbeam products.
I bought a invisible dog fence from PetSmart and it broke after six months. I thought no problem it has a one year warranty, so I contacted them and went through the trouble shooting and provide proof of purchase and they agreed to send a replacement. At first they said I may have to wait a week or two since they don't have it in stock, it's been three months now and I'm still waiting. I've been polite and patient but I asked them to give me a refund since they can't fulfill their warranty, but they refuse to give me a refund because they say they are willing to give me a replacement, but they won't give me a replacement because it's not in stock!
TLDR: Sunbeam won't send a replacement or give me a refund for a defective product
