Currently, my sister is working on taking it to court, but first, a little backstory:

My Grandpa died on December 23, 2008. Before he did, he left all 9 of his grandchildren fund accounts with about $30k a piece. It was meant for schooling, and we couldn't access it for anything but school until we turned 32. The "keys" to the account went to our aunt, and she kinda "watched over it". Flash forward to now, my sister went to get some for her college, and discovered that she was missing over $4000 dollars, with everyone else's accounts having slight amounts missing, including those of her own children. We got the documentation of the withdrawals, and they were all by her for lucrative thigs, such as cable and phone (at the time, we were trying to sell our Grandpa's house, and she claimed someone was staying there and she was paying the cable, phone, and rent. Well, turns out, no one was there at the time of the withdrawals. It was a shock to the whole family

What else could be done?
