I HATE, yup hate, being forced to pay $60 =$10 for modem rental by TWC for my home internet.
Cancelling is not an option and there are no other options in my area so I'm stuck with them. I have seen those mobile hotspots that work on Straight Talk and have wondered if they would provide enough usage for my household needs.
I am online about 1-2 hours per day for my online college courses.
Husband/I watch Netflix, etc quite a bit (sometimes 8 hours/day) on our ROKU.
Our smartphones use wifi when we are home.
I know nothing about internet speeds and all of that stuff... would one of the Straight Talk 5g cards be enough to do what we do for a month or would we blow through it in just a few days? Who has one and loves/hates it?
