I am currently in a situation where I would like to attend a 4 month police academy. I have never taken out a personal loan, and don't have great credit, I've read that student loans do not apply to this kind of program. My question is, with sub par credit could I still get about a 8,000 dollar Personal loan? I figure up living expenses and that would get me and my family thru those 4 months. Thanks in advance.
