Used stuff is the first thought. But you'd be surprised, sale items in a store are comparable to used prices at a second hand store. As of right now old navy seems to be a godsend. Especially when they have sale + their constant 30-40% off.
And I don't just want cheap stuff. He's gotta look halfway decent.
