Hey guys recently inherited 300k and wondering where exactly to invest.
I'm 24, currently unemployed (just graduated and looking for job). No debt, car is paid off, 14k in savings, and living in a very cheap apartment.
I am looking to use this money to aid in an early retirement when I'm 35 or 40. I do not know much about investing at all. I barely understand what 401ks or Roth IRAs are. Did some research and thinking about putting it into VTSMX (76% in stocks, 24% in bonds).
I am very new to all of this and would just like some advice
