Wife has a tremendous amount of debt that is causing an issue for our family. All of her debt is hers, I have not co-signed on anything. (Credit cards, car loans, etc)
Our house is solely in my name.
If she were to file for bankruptcy, can creditors come after me since I am her spouse?
Not sure if it matters which state we live in, we are in Georgia.
