Found myself in a really tight economic pinch and it's looking like there's a decent chance I might need to tug some cash out of a ROTH IRA. My question is, per the title, whether I'd have to go back and refile my federal tax returns for 2016 in the next month before tax day, or whether I can just worry about doing this next year in 2017.
