I started to file my taxes and found out that I made the mistake of declaring myself exempt when I filled out my W-4 for my current job, which has resulted in no Federal or State taxes being withheld from my pay. I now owe about $2500 (which is around 14 percent of my total income for last year).

I am able to pay this amount, but doing so would pretty much wipe my entire savings. Is there anything that I can do to make this easier on my bank account? If not, what should I do?
