Single mother and had a "3rd party" locksmith Come out to work on ignition and Re key it so first day one takes a deposit and says he needs anothet part. Next day this different one comes back and says steering column is cracked and he needs me to spend hundreds for a mechanic to get the part before he puts a new ignition. So he leaves. Something seemed fishy when he said it was cracked so I called a mocha if who said he would look for free and he said that 2nd guy cracked it and the crack was 24 hrs old and fresh. I called company which I can post and blast them since the of errands said and I quote "I don't care what you want were a 3rd party company and you're not getting a refund and my technician threw your ignition away and you can call a lawyer or whatever there's nothing you can do goodbye".
I am crying. I tried being frugal and spending less by having these Mobil people instead of thousands do at a mechanic shop. I just got a new job Wednesday and I drive my son to school. I am beside myself. I am so lost. Can I spam this company is number? What do I do in a situation like this? I can't stop crying and have nobody.
Is it illegal to blast their number or yelp or something? People warned me to not be cheap or frugal and go to Ford. I couldn't afford Ford.
