I have realized my weakness. Despite my ridiculous spending and food habits I'm still skinny and it really feels like I'm not even being wasteful, its just I eat essentially dinner 3 times a day because I'm sick of bread after military service. I need to start eating bread again and I need to plan my meals throughout the week.

What are some decent food suggestions for healthy and cheap foods? What about sauces like soy that lasts for a long time? Any 'cheat' foods that are packed with nutrients?
