How low have you managed to get your cell phone bill, and what plan do you use?
I'm currently on a grandfathered T-mobile plan: 2GB high speed + unlimited + Pandora, netflix and a few other services are exempt from the data cap.
It's a pretty good deal but debating switching to some sort of pre-paid plan to go lower.
