This chart from investing.com shows financial analysis based buy/sell recommendations with respect to time period. Is, for instance, a "Strong Buy" under the 15 minutes interval interpreted as a recommendation to buy now if you plan to sell in 15 minutes? Or is it saying to definitely buy over the next 15 minutes?
Sorry if this is extremely noobish, I couldn't find any explanation on investing.com.
