Hi all, so around MLK the holiday, I had a docs appointment for that day. As it was a holiday they were closed, and never told me to reschedule. I saw on my bank account I had -$100.00 from them. Which was strange.

So when I look at the contract, yes there cancellation fee is $100.00, which is absurd, not the case. It says when you reschedule they will return you that $100.00. So, I reschedule for maybe 1-2 weeks later. I do my check-up which was normal, and afterwards I asked the front desk how will I receive the $100.00. And she said the accountant only comes once a month.....

Now we are almost entering APRIL, and there's no sign of any type of money from them nor emails nor nothing.

If I didn't have a high-end job, this would've hurt any typical college student. How is this fair?
