I'm looking for assistance and DIY help. The idiot who owed the house prior to me renting it (super cheap, new owner said "just don't burn it down"). If you stand in the middle of the master bedroom and jump, it feels like you're on a trampoline. My SO informed me that a load bearing wall is missing.
