Hey, it's my first time on here. I have scoured the internet looking for help with this but can't seem to find a helpful solution.Basically, the paint behind my radiators has cracked and flaked away and is now working its way up the wall. The plaster itself is fine. I tried on one wall to scrape off all the flaking paint and re-paint over it.
