My boss, let's call him boss, wants to buy my vehicle. I've been trying to sell it for a long time now so I would really like to get it off my chest. Boss is very reliable and well respected. He loves the brand of truck I have and wants to own another. He said he can only afford to pay for it monthly. Boss said he wants to get a contract. If we have a contract and he bails out and does something unpredictable, it wouldn't be bad on my end right? What should I do here? I have full trust in him but my family doesn't know him at all and I know that he wouldn't do anything bad.
