AMEX Blue (regular) for 3% on groceries

Sam's Club MasterCard for 5% on fuel

Citi Costco CC for 3% on restaurants

Target CC for 5% on Target purchases

Amazon CC for 5% on Amazon purchases

Citi Cashback CC for 2% on everything else
For simplicity purposes, I did not list cards with quarterly cashback rewards like Discover's IT card.
Most of these should be easily approved with decent credit.
