Every single window screen in my apartment is bent, allowing bugs to get in and my cat to pop out. I want to be able to open my windows, without either of these things happening, (I like the fresh air, and it helps me save on energy costs) especially now since the weather is nice. My apartment doesn't want to change them out because they aren't actually broken, just bent.
