I don't care about the taste of the food, or whether if I eat the same thing every day; I just want a cheap diet that will meet all minimum dietary requirements needed to keep all bodily functions working well. The cheapest diet you can think of, no matter how awful.

I don't practice bodybuilding or anything like that, so keeping muscle tone isn't a need for me either.

Any tips?
