So I have a dual flush toilet that has a really low water level. I looked for videos and instructions via Google but the only video I found doesn't explain one thing: im supposed to raise and lower the entire water intake thing. The lock for it is located on the back; how do I unlock it?? It doesn't budge when I try to slide it left or right. I'm applying decent pressure to it but it's not budging.
