Long story short I started a little over 3 years ago with some cash left over from selling a marketing company, set aside $30k to put into real estate.
Today I own & manage ~50 rentals with the goal of hitting no less than 75 before the end of the year. When I reach 100 or so, I'm going to hand over management to someone in-house and start going after syndication and commercial type deals.
Lots of crazy experiences in real estate investing so far, but its been extremely rewarding going in and buying crappy homes, fixing them up and making them profitable.
So, my question is what would you like to learn about real estate? I'm working on doing a video series of start-to-finish investment concerning buy and hold real estate and want to make sure I cover all the important stuff.
