Schwab is saying I owe them $650. I sold a position and after a day purchased another position with those funds, how is this possible?

Will the error fix itself? I'm not going to pay, don't give a shit. I sold $300 worth of shares, then after I checked and saw they went through, I purchased another stock with that money (day later). I'm once again fully invested (in that account) but they are claiming I owe them money for some preposterous reason.
