So I live with 3 roommates total. 2 guys and 1 girl.

1 guy lives in the master bedroom and the other roommate lives with his girlfriend in a smaller room across mine.

So the guy in the master is moving out at the end of february and the couple is going to take that master bedroom. I don't mind it one bit since I like my room a lot. Now when I moved in, the utilities and rent were split 3-ways.

I pay 525$ + 140$ Utilities [water/power/cable/internet] and whoevers in the master bedroom pays 625$ +utilities more since its a bigger room and has it's own bathroom.

It looks like we aren't going to find a roommate in time for March so I think I'll end up paying 300$ more after this month :(

So they are moving into the master bedroom, with their cat. No biggy, they definitely need the extra space because of how much stuff has been cluttering in their room. Now with all the moving happening I've beginning to wonder if this is a fair deal for me.

How is it fair that she's not contributing to the utilities or rent? Now, maybe she is helping my roommate out by helping him with the bills but those are his bills...and it's not contributing to all the power/water/towels/ac she uses.

These people are good friends so I'm very hesitate about bringing this up because I feel like it's kinda petty. But since all her/his friends will be using my shared bathroom, since it's closest to the living room. I'm worrying about all the extra toiletries and cleaning I'll have to do.

Should I propose to her that she can pay my utilities? or part of my utilities? What would be fair in this case?
