Hello!
Realty Income Corp has paid dividend for 558 consecutive months and raised the dividend for 77 conescutive quarters. Dividend yield is about 4.2 % pa. I'm very close to investing into this company. Does anybody have thoughts about it? Monthly dividends sound fun and the steady growth is attractive.
