I know one of the reasons is that people expect more investment in infrastructure and CAT to profit off it, but that's a slow process, admitted even by the company itself.
It's not a tech company for people to expect to go global anytime soon.
And it's also a very mature company.
I've been following it for a while, expecting the bubble to burst, but it didn't happen (yet?)
