Hello! I'll get right to the details but basically I'm not sure I'm using my money wisely. Any help/advice y'all have would be very appreciated! If there's more information I can provide that would help please let me know.
About me:
- 30
- $80,000/yr, $~4,900/mo
- Saving for emergency fund and mortgage down payment
- I've broken down my major debts and investments below
My concerns:
- I'm not investing properly - is it okay to have two separate target date mutual funds? What else should I be looking at investment-wise? Should I consolidate to one or the other and max out?
- Are these mutual funds roth or pre-tax? Does that even apply to mutual funds?
- Should I be investing in my work 401k? Investment option? pre-tax or roth?
