My mom just told me about these investor relations letters she's been getting over the years from when my dad bought some stock in the early 2000's (she thinks) the most recent ones are China recycling Energy Corporation but there's a couple from Boulder brewing which it seems like it used to be but my mom says she saw something about chapter 11 in one of those.
How do I find information about historical splits to gauge about how much this is worth and how do I get access to the stock itself without having any information on how he bought it?
