I work for a call center doing customer service for banks and my shift is 8pm to 5 am. With base pay and shift differential, I average $15 an hour. I am thinking about applying to another call center where I would take a $2.20 pay cut but would work during the day instead and with weekends and holidays off. Its the schedule I want but is it worth the pay cut? Such a tough decision.
