I work part time as a bartender, not great money but it gets me there. I'll use this particular week as an example. It's been two weeks since I've been paid and I'm supposed to be paid weekly.
I worked 27 hours this week and I'm on roughly 10€ an hour. I was also owed a further 600€ for the weeks gone. So I was supposed to get roughly 860€ this week.
The finance director told me it would go through Monday morning, it didn't. She then lied and said it was the banks fault.
So in end it was supposed to come through yesterday, it didn't. I checked by bank balance this morning and saw 127€. That's 733€ missing.
I got a hold of her eventually and she said "I'll look into it" and hinted at me lying about what I'm supposed to be owed.
I'm honestly scared at the situation and feel like there's nothing I can do about it. I can't quit because I need an income.
