I kind of feel like a chump for just saving money in a savings account now that I have enough to really invest money, but everything about the stock market makes me ill (the risk, the greed, the terrible companies, etc.). I know there are social choice investments out there, but I'm not sure how well vetted those really are, and by the time you get done paying the management fees for mutual funds is it really any better? I think simple investing is not investing at all, but saving. Am I wrong?
