Greetings, I'll start by saying that I've been starting to worry about saving for retirement (I'm 28, live in Canada) and have been an impulse spender up until last year, and want to learn more about saving money. I want to grow my savings and have made some steps towards frugality (eg; I'm a vegetarian, only shop at thrift stores, quit smoking and alcohol). I'm new here and would like all the tips you have to offer! Thanks in advance for your advice
