Just out of curiosity. I have $75K or so in the market, but it's all in index funds, I haven't dabbled in picking individual stocks. My main investing focus is rental real estate; I have 12 units so far, which have performed pretty well for me. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten into this, and if so, what your overall strategy is.
